Refunds and Cancellation

Your 14-day right to cancel

For digital content you normally have 14 days to change your mind. That right ends once you start reading — but only if you told us to give you access straight away and acknowledged what that meant.

That is why the checkbox at checkout exists. We record your consent and the time you gave it. If you did not give it, your 14-day right stands and we will refund you on request.

If something is wrong with the file

A corrupted file, the wrong book, or a download that will not work is our problem, not yours. Tell us and we will fix it or refund you in full. This is separate from the cancellation right above and is not time-limited in the same way.

How to ask

Email hello@example.invalid with your order reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five working days.
